Yes. SpeakSport can securely collect and confirm credit card information over the call via a secured link, storing it directly to the guest's player profile within your POS system.

What if the exact booking time requested isn't available?

If the requested time isn't available, SpeakSport's AI-Receptionist automatically offers the closest available alternatives or suggests the same time on a different day - keeping the booking process moving without staff involvement.

There is no additional fee - we believe the player should not be charged an additional amount for the simple task of booking their reservation over the phone.
