We customize the AI-Voice Receptionist to your specifications (what info to collect for bookings, introductory message(s) when the call begins, etc.) At the beginning of the implementation, we deploy our software incrementally by handling a few calls per day at the start, and permitting full calling capabilities in the days following. We are building cutting-edge technology and prioritize ensuring your team and guests are 100% comfortable with utilizing the technology to your advantage.

Yes, SpeakSport seamlessly integrates with various POS systems/tee-sheet technologies and phone providers. If you'd like your POS system added for an integration, please let us know by contacting Support and we're happy to facilitate.

We currently support English, with Spanish soon to be implemented.

We have the ability to transfer any given call back directly to the receptionist or pro shop, to address any particular question outside the scope of the Receptionist's services. You'll also be able to track these questions in your call logs to better allocate your resources for those purposes.

The guest receives a text message and/or email notification (if they provided their email/is existent in their player profile in the POS) in real time, and the booking instantly reflects on your reservation platform/tee sheet. The player can also receive notifications as frequently as your team would like to ensure they are aware of their booking - feel free to contact Support for any specific requests on this matter.

Yes, we simply take credit card information over the call and confirm it with the guest before adding to their player profile within the POS system.

The service operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week - ensuring your guests are always covered when they would like to book their next reservation or have a particular question about the operation.

The service will begin by sharing alternative options closest to the time requested, or suggest if the guest would like to book the same time on a different day.

There is no additional fee - we believe the player should not be charged an additional amount for the simple task of booking their reservation over the phone.
